This node is in many ways similar to the node for attaching poles. It is excellent for use in construction.
1. Place the end of the rope under the board.
2. Pull the second end of the rope under the board in the shape of the letter Z.
3. Pull one of the ends of the rope over the board and pass it through the opposite loop.
4. Pull the other end of the rope over the board and pass it through the opposite loop.
5. Secure the knot by pulling the ends of the rope.
