1. Position the tie so that the narrow end lies on the left and the wide one on the right, with the sides facing outwards. Throw the narrow end to the right over the wide one.
2. Thread it into the loop from the inside out.
3. Flip to the right.
4. Throw the narrow end to the left under the wide one.
5. Lift the narrow end without tightening the knot.
6. Thread it into the loop from the outside to the inside and pull it out between the loop and the previous turn of the narrow end of the tie.
7. Tighten the knot.
