Any natural rigging can be unwound during circumcision. To prevent this, its ends are wrapped or bandaged. For winding in the place where the incision is supposed to be, you can use duct tape. The incision is made in the middle of the winding so that two ends are obtained.

In production, an electrically heated guillotine-type cutting machine is used for cutting and melting rigging products. At home, of course, it is not used, and knowing how to properly fasten the ends of the rope can often be useful in practice.
